Description of the cottage holiday

The Coach House in Ugborough in the South Hams is a three bedroom holiday cottage that accommodates six people and benefits from an outdoor heated swimming pool available from May to September and an indoor heated swimming pool with a fitness room and games room available year-round. This is a great holiday cottage for six people and also benefits from coarse fishing on site and is set in 20 acres of grounds with lakes and woods, perfect for a family with children that love to explore, with a woodland and adventure area complete with swings and also a tennis court. The Coach House holiday cottage in Ugborough is a single-storey holiday cottage that is perfect for a family of six and is well appointed. There is an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge that is bright and spacious. The lounge area has two large sofas around a flatscreen TV with French doors that open out onto the garden. The dining area has a large wooden table with seating for up to 6 people and to the side of the dining area is the kitchen. The kitchen has a double range style electric oven with electric induction hob, dishwasher and microwave.

There are three bedrooms at the Coach House in Ugborough in Devon. The first is a roomy double bedroom with a good size double bed. The second is perfect for children with bunk beds and storage units and the third bedroom is a twin bedroom. Outside at the Coach House, there is a private and enclosed patio area with a table and chairs that seat four and an additional picnic bench. There is a fantastic outdoor heated swimming pool in a dolphin shape with tables and chairs and sun loungers to the sides in a very unique and fun style with steps leading down.

There is also an additional indoor heated swimming pool that also has steps leading down as well as a gym with a running machine and a games area with table football. Other facilities include a hard surface tennis court as well as pretty private lakes for coarse fishing and a children’s play area.
