4 star rated self catering apartment, part of a Grade II listed farmhouse for two persons situated close to Dartmoor National Park in a quiet location but only minutes from the A.30, 18 miles west of Exeter. Generous sized rooms as befits the style of property. Well equipped kitchen/diner, large bathroom with separate bath, shower etc. Superking sized bed which can be two large singles, state at booking. Luxurious bath sheets and bed linen supplied for guests. Bedroom and living room look out over pretty garden. Centrally located in Devon, ideal to walk on Dartmoor, visit the local National Trust properties or visit the north or south Devon coast.
