The pretty stream that once fed this former mill trickles soothingly past their linked but private extension and continues outside your own enclosed, sunny, gravelled garden (table/chairs, barbecue).

Across the lane, grassy area (picnic bench) beside the stream (unfenced here, care needed) for relaxing amongst peace, nature and birdsong.
