| Cottage Review:
Booked to stay for 4 nights as a special treat. On arrival there was work being carried out to a property only a stones throw away and this continued for the entire duration all day and over the weekend. Loud Christmas music playing from the radio also. Two days into my stay there was no hot water either. A lovely property but the customer service from both the owners and the agent absolutely diabolical. No apology offered other than to tell me "the work has to be done sometime" and that "nobody else had complained" which I am assuming means they feel it is acceptable. I should add that this property was right next to the construction work whereas the others were further away. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet break and to use the hot tub just bear in mind you may be next to a building site with no prior warning and zero customer service. The break was completely ruined |
