Description of the holiday cottage
South View in Blackawton is an upside-down, modern attached house blending with the traditional housing and 200 yards from the family-friendly, good food pub. Private raised patio with table/benches and barbecue. Inside, smart, stylish, light and airy with rustic oak floors throughout. Living/dining room (woodburner, CD player) with glazed doors to patio; smart fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer); double bedroom (5bed) with en suite shower-room (suite). Stairs down from living room to hall and two more bedrooms - another double (5bed) and a twin; bathroom (suite plus hand-shower); excellent utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Integral garage for bikes/surfboards. No smoking.Sleeps: 6
