Shute Barn holiday cottage in Lerryn in Cornwall is quietly tucked away off a private drive, a 350 yard stroll from the pub, shop and picturesque creek in Lerryn, a spacious, detached, single-storey cottage converted with skill and imagination from a barn. Inside Shute Barn, lots of natural materials, oak floors, high apex beams and wood-clad ceilings - everything done to a high standard and made smart and contemporary. Surrounded by a good-sized, enclosed garden - at the front, pretty passion flower and clematis trail over walls behind a raised, suntrap terrace (picnic table) and deck; at the back, a lush, mainly lawned, shrub and fern-filled garden (unfenced leat) with lovely outlook over fields beyond and little sitting-out area (picnic table) for evening sun. Parking for two cars. Step up to stable doors to a long living room, dining are and kitchen at Shute Barn in Lerryn with free-standing kitchen units (slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), woodburner, TV/DVD; utility/boot room (washing machine, tumble drier) with door to back garden. A bedroom at each end of the cottage including a double bedroom with en suite shower-room (suite), and a twin; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). No children under 5, except pre-crawling babies. Shute Barn is in a lovely location in a quiet corner of the pretty village of Lerryn.Sleeps: 4
