| Cottage Review:
Visit lasted for two hours . The property was not four star . Oven and trays were filthy. Dirty bathroom cabinet and radiator which we cleaned. Broken blind in the lounge. This property had been neglected for a long time . The kitchen was dingy and if you opened and cupboards they were full of junk. After our two hour stay friends told us that cleaning was ongoing in the week we had booked. This shows the property was substandard . Contacted the owner and Sykes who did absolutely nothing . Picture evidence was returned from their email address . At every opportunity Sykes and the owner have done every thing possible not to address their responsibility. This is a true account of the cottage and we paid over six hundred pounds for a cottage which was not four star |
