The house was purposely designed to make the most of its coastal setting, and it can be opened up to invite the outside in, and to enable guests to flow effortlessly from the inside out, onto the decks and into the level landscaped gardens.

There are sensational coastal views from all the principle rooms, and three of the four bedrooms have their own private balconies with glass balustrades, so that no opportunity to enjoy the outlook is missed, with commanding views of the bay, from Torquay harbour all the way around to the famous Berry Head lighthouse.

The living areas are also well thought out and the open plan kitchen and dining area are full of quality furnishings and fixtures and fittings, including mood lighting LED's in all rooms. In the lounge, a  50” flat screen TV is perfect for those chillier evenings that call for a block buster and popcorn.

Sea Vista is in an enviable location and is only separated from the sea by the fields out front which are traversed by the famous coastal railway branch line and the South West Coast Path, the region’s number one visitor attraction.

This is an ideal destination for families and groups seeking peace and quiet, without being isolated from all the amenities of the town. Preston Sands is about half a mile away and can be easily reached on foot.
