| Cottage Review:
We booked this place for two main reasons the area and that they had bike storage. On arrival we enquired as to where the bike storage was. We didn?t get an answer and it was clear that there wasn?t any. The owner brought round some filthy tarpaulin and asked a neighbour if we could use their shed. Both completely impractical and useless and NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. Both Sykes the letting agent and the owner have shown a complete disregard for this complaint coupled with inaccurate advertising. The owner has now told us the bike storage was the entrance lobby which would not have fit two bikes and no one could have accessed the house! |
