Rutland Lodge is the perfect choice for guests that enjoy the style and sophistication of boutique hotels, but prefer the privacy and convenience that self-catering offers. This beautiful period building has been extensively and lovingly restored and successfully marries the features and character of yester year, with all the essential conveniences of today. The property’s five elegant bedrooms benefit from en suite bathrooms and luxury fixtures and fittings; and there is a fabulous lounge with high ceiling, open fire place and plenty of comfortable seating for all. The charming formal dining room is perfect for special occasions and provides just the ambience to encourage and inspire after dinner banter, late into the night! Undoubtedly one of the best features of Rutland Lodge is the original conservatory which runs the entire width of the building. It makes for a magical place to have huge family breakfasts or to relax with a book and a coffee from the Jura machine at any time of day. The unusual vine that forms the conservatory ceiling brings the outside in, and lends a tropical flavour to the experience. Guests at Rutland Lodge are treated to a quality experience, the accommodation is excellent and the location ideal for parking up and from then on wandering on foot to all the attractions and amenities downtown and in nearby Wellswood.Sleeps: 10
