Rowan House is a large holiday cottage in Inverness, modern and comfortable throughout with a contemporary feel in an open plan style, light and airy with a clean and crisp style. There is no plan dining area and lounge area with a flatscreen TV that is war mounted and a table that seats up to 8 people. There is a fully fitted and modern kitchen complete with an electric oven and hob as well as a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer. There are four bedrooms including two double bedrooms on the first floor and additionally a twin bedroom and a further double bedroom on the second floor. There is a family bathroom with a shower and a second-floor bathroom that also has a shower as well as a WC and wash hand basin and the ground floor toilet. There is also a garden to the rear that has garden furniture and a patio.
