these cottages are fanastic,spotless,comfy and perfectly situated very close to the beach.the onsite cafe come restaurant food is very good and low cost and also allow dogs in.the cottage was very warm for winter and quite large.thanks for a wonderful holiday and will return. |

We stayed here last minute as our holiday to Wales was locked down . Anyway we lucked out because we love the area great walks either on the coast or Yorkshire dales. The cottage is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The adjacent cafe serves great food and alcohol at very reasonable prices,without having to drive back...bonus . Our dogs were safe and secure in the little garden . We will definitely return |

| Cottage Review:
This little cottage is easy walking distance to the beach, there is a little park even closer. Prince cottage is adjacent to the Kaskane restaurant, which serves excellent food. Plenty of parking by the cottage. There is a bus stop adjacent to the car park. The cottage kitchen is basically equipped. the living room is large and comfortable. The bedroom blinds and curtains ensured a good nights sleep in the super comfy bed. We stayed a week walking the Cleveland way, this cottage was a nice place to return to at the end of the day. |

Pleasant and peaceful stay. Cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Owners very friendly and on site. Club house very welcoming and serves lovely food at extremely reasonable prices. We will return. |

Met on arrival and everything was explained that we needed to know for our comfort. Very clean and in a lovely quiet location for pleasant walks for us and the dog. |

The owners were on site and couldn't have been more obliging. The cottage was very clean,attractive and warm, ideally situated for all kinds of places to visit. Would definitely recommend it. |
