| Cottage Review:
Arrived yesterday and the property is nicely off the beaten track, in the grounds of the owner property, alongside Derwent Cottage. The property has everything you need, very clean and extremely comfortable. The beds have given us a great nights sleep. The property looks out over glorious countryside, which is even better viewed from the hot tub. We have stayed in a number of properties with hot tubs and the cleanliness of the water and the tub is exceptional. Which in these COVID times could have been a concern, but not here. | Cottage Review:
We stayed here for three nights and had the nicest time. The cottage itself is beautiful, cosy but modern. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The hot tub is a huge bonus, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Although it is attached to another cottage, it is very private, with fences separating the two properties. The location is also very good, secluded enough to maintain an idyllic peaceful countryside, but also close enough to Malton if you want to go there. It's also about 30 minutes to the York park and ride which was handy. W |

| Cottage Review:
Primrose cottage is a lovely cottage set in some stunning country side. It is just a short drive from the small town of Malton which is known for it's food. We stayed here with some friends to celebrate 2 of our birthdays, even during the cold January evenings and nights, the hot tub is a great way to relax and star gaze. There are a number of walks around the area, one of which leads to a nice local pub in Leavening (The Jolly Farmer) which was a lovely way to spend our Sunday afternoon.
