Description of the self catering

Poocks Cottage is a detached country cottage that has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The property is situated in an idyllic Exmoor location on the Devon/Somerset border near Malmsmead, between the charming villages of Porlock and Lynmouth. It is an area that is truly fantastic for walking enthusiasts, offering endless miles of stunning woodland, moorland, and coastal routes, including the famous South West Coast Path which passes nearby.

• 3 first floor bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one single)

• Open plan ground floor kitchen/dining area featuring underfloor heating and well equipped with range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus toaster, kettle, variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• Ground floor sitting room with wood-burner and variety of books, games and jigsaws provided (but please note, no TV), plus further 'snug' with open-fire

• First floor family bathroom comprising bath with shower attachment, toilet, and hand basin, plus additional ground floor bathroom with shower, toilet, and hand basin

• Bed linen, duvets, and towels provided. (Please note outdoor/beach towels not provided; please bring own)

• Wifi, electricity, and (electric radiator and underfloor kitchen/dining area) heating included in price

• Up to two dogs welcome by prior arrangement (supplement of £15 per dog)

• Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am
