Description of the self catering property
Peony is a one bedroom ground floor apartment self catering holiday home on the edge of Exmouth set above the town with distant views the sea and the estuary. This is a comfortable self catering cottage with modern conveniences and a pretty sheltered sun garden to the rear complete with table and chairs and barbecue. Peony in Exmouth is perfect for a couple that are looking for a single bedroom holiday home on the edge of the town in a peaceful location.
Peony has a small lounge with rattan chairs and a sofa as well as a table that seats two complete with a modern flatscreen TV and Blu-ray DVD player and an electric fire. There is a modern fitted kitchen a gas hob and electric oven as well as a washing machine and microwave and all utensils. A large double bed in a double bedroom comfortable and there is also an additional shower room. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with table and chairs that is partially gravelled with a barbecue. A perfect bolthole for a couple looking to enjoy South Devon with a range of activities nearby.

| Cottage Review:
The apartment is attached to the owners house and situated in a quiet street on the edge of Exmouth. It is beautifully furnished, especially the bedroom, which boasts a super king size bed with an extremely comfortable matress. The galley kitchen is well equipped, although it's a bit of a squeeze for more than one person. My woife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the apartment to be excellent value for money, and an excellent place from which to explore the area. |
