Description of the holiday cottage
Penlee Narrows is a centrally located 3 bedroom holiday cottage in the centre of Kingsand in Cornwall, ideal for a family of up to 6 people in a popular holiday destination. Penlee Narrows is about 150 yards up from the beach at Kingsand, a super, terraced cottage on four storeys with fantastic views. Good pub across the little square opposite (excellent crab sandwiches, meals delivered to the cottage by arrangement). There are stable doors to wood-floored dining room and following from that, an attractive fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a microwave, with exposed stone-work. Take the stairs up to a twin bedroom and pretty bathroom with a suite and a shower over bath. There are more stairs to small living room with a woodburner with brilliant 'right out to sea' view, comfy seating for 4, TV/DVD; also a double bedroom. From the ground level at Penlee Narrows in Kingsand, stairs down to 5'1" lintels to another double bedroom and utility room with loo, washing machine, tumble drier. Limited free parking in square, or public car park, about 200 yards. Sleeps maximum of 6, including babies. Best for children over 4 and pre-crawling babies. Arrival after 4pm. Excellently positioned in a lovely place for great pubs and walks.Sleeps: 6
