Partridge cottage at Courtlands Manor has an open plan ground floor living areas including a dining area with a table that seats six people and has direct access to the garden. The modern kitchen has an Aga double electric cooker, hob and grill as well as standard appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy your holiday with a living area that has three sofas and a modern flatscreen TV complete with a Blu-ray player.

All of the sleeping accommodation at Partridge cottage is on the first floor including three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own ensuite shower room where you can benefit from a walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. There are two additional bedrooms, both on the first floor including a double bedroom and a seperate bunk bedroom. Both these bedrooms have their own wardrobes, chest of drawers and access onto the landing where you will find the family bathroom that has a bath and a shower over bath and designer bathroom fittings. Outside, enjoy the communal gardens where you will find plenty of tables and chairs you to sit back and relax, listen to the birds in the trees and the peace of the South Hams countryside.
