Parkham Villa is a grand five bedroom regency villa located on the edge of Brixham town. The beautiful living rooms and spacious open plan kitchen and dining room add to the great character of this affectionately restored house.
All rooms have been tastefully restored to a very high standard and with 3 en-suite double bedrooms, plus a family bath room and additional shower room on the ground floor, staying at Parkham Villa is like having a mini boutique hotel all to yourself. The property is ideally situated within walking distance to Brixham harbour which offers a fantastic choice in shops, cafes and restaurants. Parkham Villa is the perfect base for visiting the great beaches in the area. Breakwater Beach is only a five minute drive away. Slightly further afield, within a 20 minute drive, are the sandy beaches and hidden coves around Paignton and Torquay. There are numerous family friendly attractions within easy reach of Brixham including Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Waterpark at Quaywest.
