Description of the holiday cottage
Stone cottage in small Dales town. One double, 1 single bedroom. Sitting room with 2 leather sofas, wood burner. Kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge, microwave. Bath with shower over. Parking space for small/medium car, rear yard with outhouse storage, small garden.Best Features
Fabulous walks from the front door: up on the moors or along the river Wharfe. Traditional inns and hotel with winter fires and worn armchairs a few minutes away: pub grub or posh dining. Shops for everything you need (and things you don't). National Park centre, events at town hall, lots to do within a few miles. Winter evenings by a real fire: summer barbecues in the garden

| Cottage Review: We've had three holidays now with Helpful Holidays, each at a different property. All of them have been beautiful properties which have always been very well equipped,clean,and of a very high standard. They're particularly good if you're a large family/group of varying ages,as we are, as they have a number of properties that cater well for this. We would highly recommend them and will be back next year. | |||||

| Cottage Review: We have just enjoyed a week at Oak cottage from 7th - 14th August - we being 10 adults & 2 toddlers and we were amazed at how much room there was. The lounge area is huge as is the kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size with only the bunk room being a bit small. The family bathroom was spacious and the shower room and ensuite shower room were both a good size. We were all impressed with the property and really enjoyed our stay there. | |||||

| Cottage Review: We had one of the best family holidays we have ever had here. With nine of us staying at the cottage we needed to have space to split up at times, and be able to all get together at times. The cottage had the right space to allow this and there was plenty to do to keep all the children happy. It was in just the right location for easy access to all that the South Hams has to offer. | |||||

| Cottage Review: Oak cottage was great it was so spacious it didn't feel like there were twelve of us in it. The setting was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful it was heaven. Simon the caretaker was so friendly and helpful we felt at home immediately, we will definately be returning. | |||||
