Nutcombe Cottage is a two bedroom holiday cottage in Combe Martin in North Devon, a restored upside down style stone built 19th-century barn that is on the edge of Exmoor. Combe Martin is a fantastic place to say for families with Watermouth Castle and the Dinosaur Park both nearby and offering great days out for families with children. Combe Martin itself is popular location with a beach, plenty of shops and places to eat and some great walks nearby, the coastal path up to the Little Hangman is a fantastic walk and offers superb views over the North Coast of Devon and the Atlantic Ocean. Nutcombe Cottage is smartly renovated with the reception rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor, rurally located and yet within easy reach of the shops. The living room, kitchen and dining area cottage are on the first floor in an open plan style, with vaulted ceilings, oak flooring and exposed brick walls, the property offers plenty of space to relax with a Juliet balcony from the living room. The kitchen is modern with an electric Neff oven, dishwasher and all of the standard appliances that you will require as well as a washer dryer. The dining area has a table with four chairs and there is an L-shaped safer in the living room as well as a flatscreen TV with sky. Downstairs at cottage, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor including a master bedroom that has direct access to the patio area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, double wardrobe and oak flooring. The second bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds, wardrobe as well as glass doors that lead out to the garden. The garden itself has table with two lounge chairs and for seating chairs. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a double shower, WC and wash hand basin as well as a heated towel rail.
