Mote Cottage is a 2 bed holiday cottage in the centre of Lerryn in Cornwall, sleeping up to 4 people in a fntastic location in this popular Cornish holiday village. Mote Holiday Cottage in Lerryn is just 30 yards from the ancient stone bridge and picturesque creek with the village pub and shop just one hundred and fifty yards away. Mote Cottage is an early 19th century character Cornish cottage that sits at the end of a row of cottages. Inside Mote Cottage, well equipped by thoughtful owners and careful restoration has preserved much of the cottage's original charm with thick, knobbly walls, beams, some low ceilings. Outside at Mote Cottage there is a small enclosed suntrap courtyard with a picnic bench. From the road, pull-in parking space for one medium sized car with a gate to courtyard. Entrance lobby (freezer) with arch to fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge); shower-room (suite with large cubicle, washing machine, tumble drier). Step down to length-of-cottage living and dining room with tiled floor (rugs), low beams and TV/DVD and woodburner. Stairs up to two bedrooms including 2 shallow steps up to a lovely, light double, and an L-shaped room with two singles. Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower, step up to bath). Sloping ceilings/low beams upstairs. No children under 5, except pre-crawling babies. Mote Cottage in the centre of Lerryn is a charming, comfy cottage in a pretty location with lots to see and do nearby.Sleeps: 4
