Cottage Review:

The views at this property are breathtaking, you just find your self sitting there looking out over the river day & night. The balcony was our favorite place to sit.

The property has everything you need and is a true home from home experience.

I liked the fact that the three bedrooms were separated - with two on the lower floor and one on the upper floor. The bathrooms were lovely and clean, as was the whole of the property.

There were some repairs that had been started but not finished and the property does need some TLC but there wasn't anything that would take away from the experience. I would say that some new pillows and bed linens need to be purchased as the white linen was turning yellow and the pillows were very flat and looked well used. However the beds were very comfortable!

PARKING: There is a car port and a space in front, it appears that the whole of the drive is for you to use however we did get a knock on the door to say we were blocking access to another car port to the right, some signage would be good to state where to park as i can imagine this would could be a issue for residence in busier months.

ACCESSABILITY: There are two sets of steep stairs to the property which could raise a issue if you have mobility issues however, there are railings on the stairs and security lights for when it is dark.

LOCATION: You are in the centre of Dartmouth so getting to the shops, restaurant, harbour literally takes minutes to walk to. We stayed at the end of February and a lot of the restaurants were full so i would advise to book a table in advance.

Overall this was an idyllic place to stay and we would love to return at some point in the future.

Cottage Review:

Excellent service from Coast & Country.

An honest review would be that the property is a little tired and needs a good deep clean, but bed linen, carpets, towels provided and bathrooms were all clean and as you would expect. Both bathrooms have been through an obvious refurbishment.

A house that offers so much, parking in a central location, garden the for dog, a well equipped Kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining area with probably some of the best views of the river.

We will definitely return.

Cottage Review:

A 3 double bedroom house that is looking a little dated. However, it has wonderful views of the river from the lounge and top bedroom, parking for two small cars- a rarity in Dartmouth, and every facility you could need for a self catering family holiday. I have only marked it down because the garden is terribly neglected and has been for some time now ( we stayed here last year too and I made comment about it then but it?s worse this year) disappointing because as a family you want to spend time in the garden and it was quite uncomfortable to do so.

Overal
