Mariners is a 3 bedroom holiday cottage that sleeps 6 people in Lynmouth in North Devon, close to Exmoor. If you have ever walked alongside the East Lyn River towards Watersmeet, you would have passed by Mariners and looked on in envy. Set in one of the most beautiful positions in the gorgeous village of Lynmouth, Mariners is a special holiday home in an enviable location. Lynmouth is a beautiful village on the North Devon coast, with spectacular walks including that towards Watersmeet, with the East Lyn River flowing through to the harbour where you will find a range of shops, pubs and quality restaurants. Mariners in Lynmouth is a quality holiday home having been recently refurbished to a very high standard with a triple range electric oven and hob, a large number of cupboards set and kitchen with oak floors that feature underfloor heating, beautiful views through the windows and complete with modern styling. The ground floor dining area is open plan with the kitchen and has a feature cathedral ceiling and seats 6 people comfortably. Mariners at Lynmouth has a wonderfully comfortable ground floor sitting room with very large leather sofa and three armchairs in the large window, perfect for enjoying the countryside and reviews, there is a large flatscreen TV and fire. The first floor king-size bedroom at Mariners in Lynmouth has a king-size bed ensuite bathroom, beautiful views through the triple windows. There is an additional twin bedroom on the first floor that has two 3 foot wide beds and again has beautiful views through the windows and there is an additional double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the second floor where the ensuite bathroom has a large bath and shower over bath as well as sink and WC. The gardens at the front feature to levels, including steps with table and chairs overlooking the East Lyn River and up towards Watersmeet set in a gorgeous wooded valley.
