Mallards holiday cottage in Newton Ferrers is an open plan styled dog friendly holiday cottage in Newton Ferrers that sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with fantastic views from the balcony down to the creek. Mallards holiday cottage at Bridgend is at the foot of the Newton creek which divides Noss Mayo from Newton Ferrers, this is a waterside cottage, one of nine converted from a former malthouse, designed to make the most of wonderful views of the water and surrounding hills. To the front of Mallards in Newton Ferrers is a small shared lawned area (benches), parking area and use of slipway into the tidal creek. Nine steps up to the front door. Two bedrooms including a double, and a twin. Bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Stairs up to open-plan living/dining/kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave, cooker with induction hob) with comfortable seating area with TV/DVD/video, open fire and French windows to small balcony (table/chairs), just right for enjoying the views. From the parking area, under the steps, a utility/store room (washing machine, freezer). Great waterfront location for enjoying views and observing wildlife.Sleeps: 4
