Description of the holiday cottage

Mallard Cottage is a holiday cottage on a working organic farm in East Devon in the village of Poltimore that sleeps 6 people nad has 3 bedrooms. Even though you are just a mile and a half way from the edge of the city of Exeter, you are in a wonderful rural location, surrounded by wildlife and peace and quiet. With easy access from the M5 motorway and into the the city through the main access routes, Mallard Cottage is a holiday cottage near Exeter that is in a great location. Mallard Cottage in Poltimore has an open and modern feel with an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. All of the modern facilities are here including an electric cooker, fridge freezer and a microwave as well as a tv and DVD player in the lounge. There are three bedrooms in total including a double bedroom on the first floor and another double bedroom and twin bedroom on the ground floor. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash hand basing and wc. Outside at Mallard Cottage near Exeter, there is a lot to keep the children entertained including an enclosed play area that has a climbing frame, swing and slide as well as a trampoline. There is another enclosed area with picnic tables and a barbecue. If the weather is inclement, you can use the indoor games barn. Mallard Cottage really is in a fantastic location, Devon's Creally is nearby and you are near the main road to Sidmouth, a beautifull Victorian seaside town with beaches and a fantastic esplanade. All of the attractions of Exeter city centre are here, great for shopping and eating and the Quay is well worth a visit.
