| Cottage Review:
Stayed at the locky cottage week beginning 14th of September to 18th. Cottage was everything we expected, close to shops etc. All rooms were very clean. Back yard could do with a good power wash and a lick of paint but apart from that if ever in the area again we would stay again. |

| Cottage Review:
The house was lovely in many ways: exceptionally clean, lovely reclining sofas in the living room, comfy beds, nice big dining table, etc. Great location a couple of streets from the Harbour. The steps leading to the front door are steep, but you don't go to Whitby if you can't climb steep things! You can see the Abbey ruins from the top floor double bedroom, which is lovely. But - there was a lack of lights, which will cause problems as the nights draw in. There were no bulbs in the vestibule and hallway fittings and none of the bedside lights worked. We we |

Truly awful, save your money and do not book. The place is filthy. Whitby is a lovely place and the location is good but that?s about all. |
