| Cottage Review:
We were due to arrive at Lavender Cottage for the weekend for my husband's 50th which I booked at the beginning of the year. The plan was to do some walking in the area. Due to unplanned foot surgery a week before arrival and on strict instructions from surgeon not to walk, I rang the owner of the cottage and Sykes cottages to see if they would be able to change my weekend as this sadly was unforeseeable. Sykes refused point blank. The owner said yes it was fine but then when I paid a further ?35 admin fee the owner then changed his mind and said we couldn't |
