| Cottage Review:
This is a thoughtfully converted barn is on a farm that truly cares about the local flora and fauna. It is ideally located, peaceful with stunning views from the balcony. There are good walks from the door with maps and guide books provided. The only disappointment was that the owners seem to have let things slip a little. Staying in December the log burner was a priority in choice of accommodation. After using the "starter pack" I was surprised to have to remind them of my request for more logs and then given a basket of wet ones which were impossible to burn. The guest book mentioned the welcoming scones, which were also absent on our visit. |
