This is a completely renovated former workshop that is light and modern throughout with an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge and is suitable for families with young children as well as those with limited walking abilities. If you are looking for a holiday cottage in the countryside and yet with easy access to Exeter, the village of Farringdon is ideal with the Creeley Adventure Park just down the road, a great place to stay for families. Sidmouth, Sidford and further down the coast, Beer are all easily accessible and there are numerous good country pubs with restaurants along the main road. Fantastic location if you are looking to visit Exeter and explore the surrounding countryside. Hidcote at the old workshops in Farringdon is in an open plan style and has a good size living room with a log burner and sofas seating five people, flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player. To the side of the kitchen there is a dining area with a dining table and chairs seating four people and the kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer as well as an electric oven, grill and hob. There are two bedrooms including a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be made up to make a super king-size double bed. There is a family bathroom with a double shower, WC and wash hand basin and you can enjoy the communal garden with a patio table and chairs.
