Fully restored 400 year old stone built holiday cottage. Ground Floor: From the moment you step in you will feel right at home. The cozy and homely lounge with beamed ceilings is furnished and decorated to a high standard. Enjoy a meal around the dining table before grabbing a movie from the well stocked DVD library and sitting down in front of the large LCD TV with home cinema system. Alternatively light the authentic log burning stove and enjoy a romantic evening in (extra logs available locally). All the conveniences you would expect such as iron, ironing board, and vacuum are provided. Easily prepare your own meals using the cooker, or microwave. Both a fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine are also available in the ultra modern style kitchen. 1st Floor: You are sure to enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in this very comfortable and luxurious double bed with comfy pillows. There is plenty of room for storing all your clothes in the large mirrored wardrobe. The bedroom is also equipped with a hairdryer and other home comforts. Also on the 1st floor is the spacious bathroom where you can choose to have either a power shower or a long relaxing soak in the bath. You’ll also find the combi-boiler in the bathroom cupboard for easy control over the central heating system. 2nd Floor: A luxury king size attic bedroom, featuring a LCD TV, with a tall chest of drawers and plenty of space for hanging clothes, plus a hairdryer and hair straighteners. Outside you can enjoy the award-winning sheltered 96-foot garden featuring a lovely summer house with outdoor lighting, a brick built barbeque, and plenty of garden furniture and a mower etc. in the shed. The back gate leads to free parking spaces.

The busy little market town of Loftus is well worth exploring with excellent supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, banks, post office, ironmongers, library, leisure centre, chip shops, pizzeria, and pubs all right on your door step.

You are within minutes drive of beautiful beaches at Hummersea, Skiningrove, Saltburn, Staithes, Sandsend, Runswick Bay, and Whitby where you can do plenty of sightseeing.

This charming fully equipped Grade Two listed cottage is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a peaceful and relaxing break and there is much to explore both along the Cleveland coast and inland.
