Description of the self catering
Herons Reach in Pendra Loweth near Falmouth is a village of purpose-built, privately owned holiday cottages in the beautiful Maen Valley, with indoor splash pool, spa, gym, tennis court, children's play area, restaurant/bar (seasonal) and laundry room, all set within award-winning gardens with acres of wooded grounds. No extra charges for leisure facilities, which are available Easter to October (10am to 4pm, Easter to May; 10am to 8pm, May to October). No commercial vans or vehicles permitted on site. Within the village, a short stroll from the leisure facilities. Heron's Reach is a mid-terrace house with large enclosed decked area (picnic table, barbecue), just right for evening relaxation, with views over the little stream which winds through the grounds. Level path (120 yards) from the parking space to entrance porch. Hall for coats/boots. Spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with TV/DVD and French windows to the decking. Loo. Upstairs, three bedrooms including two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower-room (suite), and a twin. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath). A wonderfully convenient house, especially for families, just a mile from lovely sandy beaches and restaurants at Swanpool and Maenporth and near the fascinating nautical town of Falmouth.Sleeps: 6
