| Cottage Review:
Just returned from our stay at the Cowshed Cottage and we really enjoyed our holiday. It was relaxing, owners very friendly and also the lovely animals who were always happy to see you. The indoor swimming pool is amazing. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Would highly recommend, many thanks. |

| Cottage Review:
Hartswood Farm is a lovely spot to stay right on the A64 near Rillington. Easy to find and a great location for getting out and about. We stayed in West Cottage, an apartment above the indoor heated pool, which is available for use during the day. Recently under new ownership the 4 different properties on site are under- going face-lifts as time and bookings allow. The Coach & Horses pub in Rillington (about 2-3 miles away) serves great food and is reasonably priced (booking advised). The town of Malton is a short drive away where foodies are in heaven, we tried Florios Pizza place, Groovy Moos ice cream parlour and The Patisserie for breakfast. The East Coast of Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington are within half an hours drive as is the City of York. Scampston Hall and Gardens is just down the road and the Bakehouse by the Hall is amazing and all cakes and chocolates are made on site. We will certainly be booking to stay again and look forward to what Eugene and Lucy have planned for Hartswood. Keep up the good work, Sally x |
