| Cottage Review:
This upside barn conversion took advantage of the countryside views. It was clean and modern inside. Situated in a very peaceful spot yet within easy access to the beaches and attractions of Barnstaple and surrounding areas. The barn was one if three with the owners living in the detached house to the side providing B&B. The children loved to see the chickens and new born lambs. |

| Cottage Review:
We stayed for 1 week in early July, we had great weather and although the cottages are fairly remote, they are within 3 miles of the nearest town. The owners are in site and run a b&b; in the main house. We have a 3 and 2 year old and they loved the setting with chickens and other small animals that were on the smallholding. The accommodation was of a high standard and there is a terrace which we used everyday. It is perfect for a break or holiday, so peaceful and yet very close proximity to local towns and beaches, we plan to return and highly recommend |
