The outstanding feature of Harbour Sails Cottage in Brixham is the outstanding views over the harbour from the balcony, sit down and relax and watch the world go by and soak up the sun. Harbour Sails cottage is set over four floors and has been completely refurbished throughout, on the lower ground floor you will find the kitchen and the dining area in an open plan style along with the terrace that is accessed from the kitchen, complete with a table and chairs and outstanding views. The kitchen is modern with a range of appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, as well as an electric oven and grill and all the standard utensils. To the side is the dining area that has direct access to the terrace and a dining table with seating for four people. The living room is on the ground floor and has a sofa, flatscreen smart TV as as well as an electric fire and two armchairs. There are two bedrooms at Harbour Sails Cottage, the master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed with built-in wardrobes and its own flatscreen TV. The second bedroom is on the second floor and has two single beds, flatscreen TV and plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobe along with a chest of drawers. The family bathroom is on the first floor and features a WC, wash hand basin and a bath with a shower over the bath. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor with a WC and wash hand basin.
