| Cottage Review:
On arrival there was a smell of heating oil throughout the house. We opened all the windows and reported to the letting agency, all in good faith to try to resolve the issue. We had to leave though because it was like being on a filling station forecourt. Owner refuses to refund our stay so seeking legal advice. Really upsetting that we have had to resort to this. The property is not fit for habitation until the smell is resolved. |
