Cottage Review:

We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing break at Wendy and Jonathan?s ?Glan Dwr? cottage on Red Wharf Bay, Anglesey.

It?s a truly beautiful part of the world; we generally took the path from the back of the road, (Parc Tyddin) down to the beach, then walked along the coast to excellent ?The Ship Inn? pub for a bowl of mussels and a drink while watching the sun go down over the bay.

The property had everything we could possibly need; the size was more than ample. In the evening we?d often chill watching TV with the log burner on as the Ship shuts

Cottage Review:

This is a lovely house in a great area for dogs and short trips. There are safe walks to the beach and pub from the house. Neighbours keep the verges mowed so you can walk beside the nearest road too. The pub has sheltered outdoor eating. There are red squirrels about, I missed the one that ran past the house but saw where they'd been eating nuts. It's also quite a quick run to snowdonia if you want to do the white-knuckle stuff.
