Gables Retreat, The Gables, Penrallt Road, Trearddur Bay, Isle of Anglesey, LL65 2UG

We really love The Gables Retreat and Trearddur Bay is a great place with a stunning beach, we stayed here last July and loved it so much we booked again for a week in July this year, the apartment is beautiful, spotless, light and airy, the bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable, the en-suite bathroom is lovely and clean and we love the use of the private garden, the owners Tina and Terry are fantastic people and very welcoming, we had some car trouble and they could not do enough for us and we are very grateful, we also met Tina's lovely sister and her four very friendly dogs, we had some lovely chats (plus a glass of wine ) with Tina and her caravan, and will really look forward to staying here again (hope so) x Fran and David..

When we arrived we were met by the owners who made us @ home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, nothing to much trouble. the place was really clean & tidy. The Garden is better than shown in the photo, it was great as we had our son & grandson who visited while we were there,garden was great for them to play in. One of the best holiday Cottages we have stayed in due to our hosts Tina & Terry. We will be back.

Don't be put off by the fact that this is an apartment within a home - it's the nicest holiday let we've ever stayed in. Comfortable, clean and well appointed, with a nice big private garden. We took our 8-year-old daughter with us, and the bedroom is so roomy that sharing was absolutely fine (there's lots of storage space, too). Also, the proprietor couldn't have been more helpful and kind (though wasn't in any way intrusive) so there were no problems at all. And there's wi-fi, which seems to be rare in UK holiday cottages. Lovely and clean, this cottage had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The owners were friendly and helpful and our stay was first class. Would recommend to all wanting a peaceful break in lovely surroundings.Private garden lovely.
