This is a single story ground floor holiday home and is ideal for those with limited walking abilities and families with young children. Farringdon is a pretty village on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to the major road networks including the M5, the main road to Sidmouth and also provides easy access to the main routes to Exmouth. The cottage is therefore ideal if you are looking to explore the surrounding countryside and if you fancy a game of golf, Woodbury Park is nearby. Ideal for families with children as the Creeley Adventure Park is just down the main road and there is also a go-kart centre nearby.

Folgate Cottage at the Old Workshops is stylishly decorated through out and yet retaining the natural elements that created the structure of the building with exposed beams in many rooms. As you would expect from a ground floor property, the space is in an open plan style where you will find a living room, dining area and Kitcher within the same space. They are well furnished to a high standard and have all of the facilities that you would expect from a quality holiday home that provides adequate and comfortable space for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a gas oven and a gas hob, dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as all of the appliances and utilities that you would expect and there is a modern flatscreen TV in the living area with sofas that seat four people.

There are two bedrooms at Folgate cottage that sleeps four people including a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of these are on the ground floor and are well furnished. Family bathroom has a double bath, WC and wash hand basin. You can enjoy the communal garden and have a patio table and chairs at the outside the property.
