| Cottage Review:
Our family have thoroughly enjoyed a short break at Florence Cottage. It is an ideal location for exploring the coastline. Beautiful beaches such as Runswick Bay and Staithes are just a short drive or walk from the doorstep. We even spotted a seal at Runswick Bay when the tide came in. The local village pubs were closed but getting ready for opening soon. However, there were plenty of amenities, chip shops and quaint pubs a short drive away or hike away. The cottage is cosy and very well equipped. The outside utility was ideal for Sandy boots, buckets and spades to be stored. The extra snug by the twin room upstairs was a great chill out space for our boys to watch a DVD at night. We particularly liked the ?dos? everywhere... ?do make yourself at home?. The small patio space at the front of the property was a real sun trap, with such welcoming neighbours pass by. The boys were also delighted when 50 cows passed in the evening. Hinderwell has a lovely community feel and we can?t wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Florence cottage - we really enjoyed our stay. |
