Glazed doors into open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher,washing machine, microwave) with granite worktops, slate floor, TV/DVD and woodburner. Ground-floor double bedroom with limited clothes-hanging space and with lake views and en suite shower-room (suite). Stairs up to two twin bedrooms, one with door to terrace (table/chairs) and the other with view of the lake; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Arrival after 4.30pm.
