Description of the self catering property
Upon entering the cottage guests find themselves in the spacious yet cosy open-plan sitting/dining room, adjacent to which is the fully equipped kitchen. This layout lends itself particularly well to families with children as the counter, separating the kitchen from the sitting area, enables the whole family to be together in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Upstairs the lovely master bedroom with its four poster bed and wash closet, enjoys the same commanding view across the landscape. There is a second spacious twin bedded room together with a good sized well-fitted bathroom complete with shower. The picket fenced garden with its table and chairs makes the perfect setting for al fresco dining throughout the warmer months. Surrounding the cobbled North Courtyard lie the estate cottages which have been created from the restored period outbuildings at Kingston. The cottages at Kingston provide the very highest standard self-catering accommodation and have been awarded an English Tourist Board rating of five stars.Best Features
The Kingston Estate is situated in the tranquil surroundings of the South Devon countryside. Just a 15 minute drive from the historic towns of Totnes and Ashburton, with the fabulous beaches at Blackpool Sands and Slapton 20 minutes away.
