| Cottage Review:
Pet, and granddaughter, friendly holiday home. Well equipped and very clean. Immediate access to ?the meadows? - pretty much doggie heaven - and only a short stroll to the beach. Swimming pool access was very welcomed, not the biggest pool but was relatively quiet the week we stayed so wasn?t an issue. Great base to discover the Yorkshire coast. Will definitely look to stay here again. |

Myself and my wife are a big fan of Yorkshire and were very excited to take our children there for the first time. My wife found Denby Retreat through Sykes Cottages and although the weather let us down after a long time away from Yorkshire this gem of an apartment did not. This apartment is ideal for a family with a dog. Its was a cosy first floor apartment that was directly opposite a field and fishing pond for a happy dog and a football area for a happy son. The people who rent out the apartment leave a very helpful folder with a full listing of things |

| Cottage Review:
Brilliant apartment for myself, husband and 2 and half year old daughter. Apartment was clean and fully equipt with everything you needed, owners are super friendly too. Dog friendly apartment but you would never know an animal had been there. Location was excellent having the beach, pool and walks on site and loads of things to do within short driving distance. We would definitely recommend as we had a wonderful holiday ? |
