Description of the self catering

Danecroft holiday cottage is on the edge of Brixham, 5 minutes walk from Fishcombe Cove, a 1920s, semi-detached house with beautiful sea views across allotments to Torbay. A much loved, owner-enjoyed house.

Danecroft in Brixham has a small garden at the front and, behind, an enclosed, pretty, partly lawned garden with peach tree, decking with seats and two patios with table and chairs and a gas barbecue; you are welcome to harvest herbs, rhubarb, raspberries and apples in season. Inside Danecroft is comfortable and unpretentious.

Glazed porch to good-sized hall (original stained glass doors) and living room with bay window and TV/Blu-ray. Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave) with breakfast table. Cloakroom (loo). Dining room (piano) with door to garden. Garden room with armchairs, garden views and door to patio.

Upstairs (stairgates), three bedrooms at the front, a twin (bay window, TV/DVD) and a single, both with lovely coastal views, and, to the rear, a double with views over the garden to Brixham. Bathroom (suite with separate shower). Public children's play area, 200 yards. Danecroft is a homely family house in a great location.
