| Cottage Review:
This property has everything you need and lots of extras and fabulous views beds comfy and bedding and towels were fine In a great location near the beach and amenities Unfortunately we found the cleanliness of it was very below standard especially in this time of covid when we were assured that extra deep cleaning had been carried out hence the two hour delay before we could get in the property The carpets were very dusty we had to hoover the stairs as lots of fluff in clumps .The end of the beds in one room were white with dust We had a young baby who pulled out a pringle type crisp from under a wardrobe and it had obviously been there for some time The filter in the dryer was full of fluff a definite fire risk The decking was full of food and we needed to brush it and all the patio windows were dirty with finger marks etc Next to the property was a house having a double extension the workmen were there from 7.30 in the morning so we couldn?t sit on the balcony as they were literally working adjacent to it ,we went to this property to celebrate with our family a special birthday for my husband and we couldn?t spend the time outside we would have liked I?m sorry to leave this type of review because we can see it?s a much loved place but I think people who will be going to it should be made aware and like us shouldn?t need to clean again to the extent we had to |
