The cottage itself retains character and yet now incorporates a range of modern facilities and furnishings that complement this stone built cottage very well. Crab Quay Cottage has a modern kitchen that has access directly onto the balcony with great views out towards the sea in the distance with the harbour in the forefront. The kitchen has electric oven and gas hob as well as a dishwasher, washer dryer and a fridge freezer. The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and has a table that seats six people. There are two relaxing areas at Crab Quay Cottage including the ground floor living room that has two sofas, a gas fire in the fireplace as well as a smart TV, free view and a CD player. Additionally, there is an attic room complete with its own TV and DVD player, futon sofa and plenty of books and beanbags, ideal for the kids to get their own space. There are three bedrooms at Crab Quay Cottage including a master bedroom on the first floor with a super king-size bed and built in wardrobes. There is a second bedroom on the first floor that has two single beds and great views. The third bedroom is on the second floor and features a king-size bed as well as built-in wardrobes and vanity unit.
