Description of the self catering
About 1 mile from Salcombe town centre and North Sands beach, a handsome, detached Georgian farmhouse with cottage with lovely long valley views to the sea, and an acre of garden (barbecue) and orchard (enclosed duck pond) to race around, play ball games or just relax in. Hot tub with loungers and great views to the sea. Tennis court and games room (pool table, table tennis, air hockey, TV/DVD) with sauna and shower. Farmland which you are welcome to wander (possible to walk to Salcombe over fields).Sleeps: 16
