It?s the second time we?ve stayed here and as usual, It?s been lovely. The house is very clean and well stocked and with sea views and only few meters from the beach and harbour, it?s the perfect place to bring a large family. Very very impressed.

Goods points

Very central for beach and shops.

Bad Points

We were first party in property after lock-down. Despite being told the property had had a deep clean it was dirty and dusty in places.

There were a lot of rugs around which had corners curling up and were a trip hazard.

1. kept having to spray to get rid of flies.

2. spillage marks on the walls and skirting boards

3. a damp smell

4. the window had to be propped up with a piece of wood that was on the window sill for that purpos

We wanted to give you some feedback, following our group booking weekend at Casa Marbella, Ramsgate.

Prior to our break, communication from you stated quite clearly that the house was deep cleaned due to Covid and the extended closure since March.

On arrival, we were quite surprised to find cleaners still present, as we were told we could arrive early. However this was insignificant in the whole scheme of things.

Despite ?deep cleaning? and ?last minute? cleaning, the house remained dirty and sub standard.

Windows inside and out

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, der Anstrich noch nicht lange her. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Haus sehr schmal ist, so dass man viel auf der Treppe lebt. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer. Eins davon ist im Keller und somit für alle Schlafzimmer nur über die Treppe zu erreichen.

Für Gäste mit Hund ist das Gassigehen nur am Strand möglich (Kot zu entfernen sollte selbstverständlich sein). Allerdings ist der Strand erst ab Oktober für Hunde frei gegeben.

Das Dach ist undicht.
