Description of the holiday cottage
Beaches at Bredon Court is a light and homely apartment waiting for you to come and visit. This beautiful apartment is located in Newquay, Cornwall. Around Newquay, there are plenty of beaches for you to go and explore and give you a chance to enjoy the sand between your toes and to experience the stunning Cornish sea and surf. Newquay is famous for its quality beaches and being the hub of the surfing industry and events in England, at Beaches at Bredon Court, all of these experiences are right on your doorstep! Inside Beaches at Bredon Court, there is an open plan living room/cooking/dining area. In the living room area, there are two comfy leather sofas seating four people, a flat screen TV along with Freeview, a DVD player and a CD player. There is also a door leading to the balcony which has expansive views. Next there is the cooking/dining area where you will find a single electric oven, grill and gas hobs for you to make delicious dinners and a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wash dryer all for your convenience. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the dining area where there is a modern dining table seating four people. There are two bedrooms at Beaches at Bredon Court in Newquay. First there is the master bedroom which has a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers creating more space for you and an en suite bathroom which has a walk in shower cubical. In bedroom two, there are twin single beds and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Finally at Beaches, there is the beautiful family bathroom which has a bath, with an overhead shower. Outside at Beaches in Newquay, you will have a private balcony for you to enjoy the fresh Cornish sea air, the balcony has tables and chairs, perfect for eating a meal outside. For your parking, there is parking allocated for one car within the gated development, and a permit must be displayed at all times which you will collect on your arrival at Beaches.
