Bay Dream at The Bay is a 32 bedroom cottage and sleeps four, it is an end of terraced holiday home, built in brick and modern inside with an open plan design with a small patio area that leads out onto open lawn spaces making this a perfect holiday let fr those with families and young children, plenty of safe space within eyes view and all facilities that you would expect from a m,odern holiday property.- Bay Dream is child friendly.

We stayed at BayDream over the New Year. The house is privately owned & was exceptionally clean & warm. There was a WII & board games when we stayed in. Would highly recommend |

| Cottage Review:
Well equipped cottage on the Bay holiday village in Filey. 15 minute walk to lovely beach. On the edge of site and quite close to main road so expect some amount of road noise if you have windows open. Nice and clean with outside eating area. We would return to the Bay but not to this property as the master bed mattress was very soft giving us achey backs and the bedding very rough as well worn. Glad we took out the insurance too from Sykes as would have been charged £56 for a towel with mascara on and some blood on fitted sheet from my toddler. |

| Cottage Review:
Lovely well equipped property set on The Bay with good facilities including leisure centre- from hairdryers to maps included - everything thought of. Walk to fantastic beach is about 15 minutes. The owner couldn't have been more helpful when I rang for access. Would recommend staying there. |

We had a brilliant time in this beautiful cottage, The only very slight downside was that the sofa wasn't very comfortable, Other than that no complaints. It was immaculately clean and the owners provided a Wii...a winner with the kids on a rainy day. well positioned cottage with beautiful views of the meadow at the back. Highly recommended. |

Bay Dream in The Bay holiday village is ideally placed for local attractions and is close to the beach. The property is well furnished, well equipped and clean. Definitely a home from home. Our party included four adults, a baby and a dog and we had plenty of room. Bay Dream backs onto lovely meadow grassland providing a safe environment for children and dogs to run around. Highly recommend. |

Absolutely fabulous everything you need very safe for children to play use of swimming pool and a lovely walk along the beach to filey will definitely be retiring next year |
