Description of the holiday cottage
Babbling Brook Cottage is a 1 bedroom property, ideal base to explore North Devon, Somerset and Exmoor. We are dog friendly, walkers friendly and cyclists friendly as we have attractions for all nearby. Enjoy a relaxing break with great scenery perfectly suited to photographers, artists or those that just wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Relax in our holiday cottage. The cottage is close to the owners property on a non working farm of 11.7 acres. Located off a quiet country lane between the villages of Bratton Fleming and Challacombe in North Devon. We are within walking distance of Exmoor where you can enjoy hours of cycling, walking or dog walking. After your long walk on the moors why not pop into the well known Black Venus pub in Challacombe which serves good beer and food. We are rural but still within easy access of North Devon Attractions and some of the best dog friendly beaches. 2 local village Shops within 2 miles. Pub/food 2 milesBest Features

Key Features include; open plan spacious lounge/ kitchen, conservatory with views, sound of babbling brook, Enclosed patio garden with hose/wash area for muddy boots & dogs, Wood burner for winter evenings, oak Wooden floors, King size bed with deep mattress for a comfy nights sleep, Bathroom with walk in shower, central heating provided via oil boiler, Bike & walkers store area , access to our 11.7 acres of land with views. Onsite dog agility by arrangement
